There are several reasons to practice forest management on your property. Forest management is the planning and applying practices to reach the objectives you set for your timberlands. The first thing you, as a landowner, must figure out. Is what do you want from your forest?

• Wildlife- attract wildlife to your property such as white-tail deer, wild turkey, black bear, quail, ducks, squirrels, etc. We can select trees to leave and harvest in ways to increase habitat for wildlife.
• Timber Production- We will assess the current standing timber on the property and make recommendations on ways to promote future growth.
• Recreation- trails and roads can be built during the harvest to allow easier access to remote sections of a property.
• Aesthetics- Views can be opened or improved. As well as areas opened to allow better use of the property.
